Finding Stillness in the Storm
Our greatest capacity to help others is rooted in our own internal stability. Stress and anxiety are not signs of weakness, but rather reflections of how deeply we care about the world around us. By acknowledging these feelings without judgment, we can regain perspective and take on our responsibilities with a clearer mind and more compassionate heart. When we prioritize our well-being, we are creating the resilience needed to show up for others and continue the vital work of making our corner of the world a better place.
What is something good you can do today to prioritize your well-being when you feel overwhelmed by stress or anxiety?

I believe that the best thing we can personally do for our well-being is to first, stop, and analyze everything in our lives and be grateful and humble for everything God has given us. If you have a roof over your head, food in your fridge you are all set. Remember, pause and take a break when needed and pray to God always.
